CONWAY, Ark., Oct. 22, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc.'s (Nasdaq: HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, Board of Directors declared a regular $0.10 per share quarterly cash dividend payable December 3, 2014, to shareholders of record November 12, 2014.
