MVC Capital Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend of $0.135 Per Share
October 17, 2014 9:00 AM EDTPURCHASE, N.Y., Oct. 17, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MVC Capital, Inc. (NYSE: MVC), a publicly traded business development company that makes private debt and equity investments, announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share. The dividend is payable on October 31, 2014 to shareholders of record on October 27, 2014. This distribution represents the thirty-eighth consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Fund since implementing a dividend policy in July of 2005. The dividends issued under current management have resulted in approximately $110 million in distributions to the Fund's shareholders.
