Omeros Corp. (OMER), Hospira (HSP) Enter Supply Agreement for Omidria
October 7, 2014 7:03 AM EDTOn October 3, 2014, Omeros Corporation (Nasdaq: OMER), Hospira S.p.A., and Hospira Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HSP) entered into a Commercial Supply Agreement (the Supply Agreement), pursuant to which Hospira will act as a non-exclusive supplier of Omeros product Omidria for commercial sale in the United States and the European Union (the Territory).
