StoneCastle Financial Announces Dividend for Third Quarter 2014
September 2, 2014 4:10 PM EDTNEW YORK, Sept. 2, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- StoneCastle Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: BANX) ("StoneCastle Financial" or the "Company"), an SEC registered investment company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.50 per share for the third quarter of 2014. The dividend will be payable on September 26, 2014 to shareholders of record on September 12, 2014.
