August 28, 2014 4:00 PM EDTCLEVELAND, Aug. 28, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: TFSL) (the "Company"), the holding company for Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland (the "Association"), today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share, payable on September 26, 2014 to stockholders of record on September 12, 2014. Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, MHC, (the "MHC") has waived its right to receive the dividend on the 227,119,132 shares of common stock it owns.
