Hill International Reports Second Quarter and First Half 2014 Financial Results; Consulting Fees Up 13% and Net Earnings Up 111% for the Quarter
August 6, 2014 4:25 PM EDTMARLTON, N.J., Aug. 6, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE: HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today its financial results for the second quarter and first half ended June 30, 2014 (see attached tables).
Total revenue for the second quarter of 2014 was a record $159.6 million, an increase of 7.5% from the second quarter of 2013. Consulting fee revenue for the second quarter was a record $144.5 million, an increase of 12.5% from the second quarter of last year.
EBITDA (as defined below) for the second quarter was $10.6 million, down 11.3% from the second quarter of 2013.... More
Hill International Closes Public Offering of Common Stock
August 6, 2014 11:42 AM EDTMARLTON, N.J., Aug. 6, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE: HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, today announced that it has closed its underwritten public offering of 9,546,629 shares of its common stock, including 1,046,629 shares issued upon partial exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares. All of the shares in the offering were sold by the company. The price to the public was $4.25 per share, and the company raised gross cash proceeds of approximately $40.6 million.
KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. acted as sole book-running manager in connection with the offering.... More
