Midstates Petroleum Announces Second Quarter 2014 Results
August 5, 2014 4:20 PM EDTHOUSTON, Aug. 5, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc. ("Midstates" or the "Company") (NYSE: MPO) today announced its financial and operating results for the three months ended June 30, 2014. Record Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted Net Income were driven by best-ever production volumes and lower cash operating costs.
Highlights:
Achieved record Adjusted EBITDA before transaction costs of $122.1 million, up 88% from $64.9 million for the second quarter of 2013 and up 10% from the first quarter of 2014.
