Home BancShares, Inc. Announces a 33.3% Increase in Third Quarter Regular Cash Dividend
July 21, 2014 9:15 AM EDTCONWAY, Ark., July 21, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc.'s (Nasdaq: HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, Board of Directors declared a regular $0.10 per share quarterly cash dividend payable September 3, 2014, to shareholders of record August 13, 2014. This cash dividend represents a $0.025 per share, or 33.3%, increase over the $0.075 per share cash dividend paid during the last five consecutive quarters.
