Markit U.S. Services PMI Hits 61.0 in June; Fastest Expansion Pace Since Late 2009
July 3, 2014 9:50 AM EDTThe Markit U.S. Composite PMI Output Index final data came in at 61.0 in June, from 58.4 in May. Data indicated the fastest pace of expansion since late 2009. June data pointed to stronger rises in both manufacturing output and service sector business activity.
