Altisource Residential Corporation Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
May 29, 2014 8:55 AM EDTFREDERIKSTED, U.S. Virgin Islands, May 29, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Altisource Residential Corporation ("Residential") (NYSE: RESI) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share of common stock. Residential will pay this quarterly dividend on June 23, 2014 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 9, 2014. This is the third consecutive quarter in which Residential has increased its dividend.
