Sphere 3D to Acquire Overland Storage (OVRL) in All-Stock Deal
May 15, 2014 4:51 PM EDTSphere 3D Corporation (OTCBB: SPIHF) and Overland Storage, Inc. (Nasdaq: OVRL) announced that both companies' Boards of Directors have unanimously approved a definitive merger agreement under which the companies would combine to create a leading global virtualization and data management software solutions company. The name of the combined company will be Sphere 3D.
