TransGlobe Energy Corp. (TGA) Declares $0.10 Special Dividend; 1.2% Yield

TransGlobe Energy Corp. (NASDAQ: TGA) declared a special dividend of $0.10 per share.

The dividend will be payable on May 28, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 22, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 19, 2014.
