Time Warner, Inc. (TWX) Declares $0.3175 Quarterly Dividend; 2% Yield
April 30, 2014 7:01 AM EDTTime Warner, Inc. (NYSE: TWX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3175 per share, or $1.27 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 28, 2014.

Time Warner, Inc. (NYSE: TWX) reported Q1 EPS of $0.97, excluding Time, Inc., stake, which compares with the analyst estimate of $0.88. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.55 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.61 billion.
