Arc Logistics Partners LP Announces Quarterly Distribution, First Quarter 2014 Earnings Release and Conference Call Schedule
April 28, 2014 4:31 PM EDTNEW YORK, NY, April 28, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arc Logistics Partners LP ("Arc Logistics" or the "Partnership"), a Delaware limited partnership (NYSE: ARCX), announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.3875 per unit ($1.55 per unit on an annualized basis) for the period from January 1, 2014 through March 31, 2014. The distribution is payable on May 16, 2014 to unitholders of record on May 9, 2014.
