April 9, 2014 4:08 PM EDTImperva, Inc. (NYSE: IMPV) expects to report total revenue for the first quarter of 2014 in the range of $31.0 million to $31.5 million compared to the companys prior guidance of total revenue in the range of $36.0 million to $37.0 million. The consensus is $36.7 million.
