UPDATE: Facebook (FB) PT Raised to $85 at Citi as Catalysts Come to Fruition

Citi maintained a Buy rating on Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) and raised its price target to $85.00 (from $70.00). The change reflects its WhatsApp acquisition, ads on Instagram, and video ads on Facebook.
