J. C. Penney (JCP) a Credible American Comeback Story, Citi Says

Citi analyst Oliver Chen reiterated a Neutral rating on J. C. Penney (NYSE: JCP) but raised its price target from $6.50 to $7.50 following Q4 results, calling it a 'credible American comeback story.'

Chen said he was encouraged by the results and believes a re-connection with customers is in progress.
