Morgan Stanley maintains its Overweight rating on Tesla Motors (Nasdaq: TSLA) and raises its price target from $153 up to $320.

Analyst Adam Jonas commented, "Teslas quest to disrupt a trillion $ car industry offers an adjacent opportunity to disrupt a trillion $ electric utility industry.
