Morgan Stanley maintains its Overweight rating on Tesla Motors (Nasdaq: TSLA) and raises its price target from $153 up to $320.

Tesla Motors, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) reported Q4 EPS of $0.33, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $615 million versus the consensus estimate of $657.15 million.
