Hercules Offshore (HERO) Rig Could be Total Loss, Stock Likely Buying Opp
July 24, 2013 9:02 AM EDTLate yesterday evening, the natural gas flowing from Hercules Offshore (NASDAQ: HERO) well 265 ignited and spread to the rig. The extent of the damage to the rig is currently unknown but many, including Wells Fargo analyst Matthew D. Conlan, believe the rig will be a total loss.
