Morgan Stanley (MS) Declares $0.05 Quarterly Dividend; 0.8% Yield

Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2013.
