Tablet Shipments to Obliterate Other PC Segments by 2017 (AAPL) (MSFT) (GOOG)
June 11, 2013 3:22 PM EDTPC shipments are expected to see CAGR of 9.7 percent from 2013 through 2017, but that doesn't mean all segments will perform equally.
Canalys issued a report showing that PC shipments will hit about 493.1 million units in 2013, moving to 713.8 million by 2017. Desktop shipments should fall from 105 million this year to 85.8 million in four years. Notebook PCs will drop from 205.6 million... More
