Lowes Cos. (LOW) Misses Q1 EPS by 2c; Reaffirms FY13 Outlook
May 22, 2013 6:10 AM EDTLowes Cos. (NYSE: LOW) reported Q1 EPS of $0.49, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $13.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $13.45 billion.
Comps down 0.7 percent.
Lowes reaffirmed FY2013 guidance.

Home Depot, Inc. (HD) Tops Q1 EPS by 6c; Boosts FY13 Outlook
May 21, 2013 6:04 AM EDTHome Depot, Inc. (NYSE: HD) reported Q1 EPS of $0.83, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.77. Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $18.69 billion.
