Goldman Maintains Sell on Johnson & Johnson (JNJ); Drug Business Spin Still Unlikely
April 17, 2013 10:49 AM EDTGoldman Sachs maintained a Sell rating on Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) with a price target of $80.00. Analyst Jami Rubin reiterated his view that Johnson & Johnson should consider a break up, though he does not think management will consider this option.

Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) Tops Q1 EPS by 3c; Reaffirms FY EPS Outlook
April 16, 2013 7:47 AM EDTJohnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) reported Q1 EPS of $1.44, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $17.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $17.46 billion.
Johnson & Johnson still sees FY 2013 EPS $5.35-$5.45, versus the consensus of $5.40.
