W. R. Grace (GRA) Issues Light Prelim. Q1 Results
April 10, 2013 6:18 AM EDTW. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) announced preliminary 2013 first quarter net income of $52 million to $53 million, or $0.68 to $0.69 per diluted share. Preliminary Adjusted EBIT is $104 million to $105 million and preliminary Adjusted EPS is $0.80 to $0.81 per diluted share.
*** The Street was modeling revs of $738.6 million and EPS of $0.88.
