Nokia Siemens Powers Tango's New 4G Network (NOK) (SI)
March 27, 2013 6:12 AM EDTTango, Luxembourgs innovative telco operator, has become the countrys first to offer 4G mobile broadband services and provide personal mobile data service plans. Nokia Siemens Networks -- a joint venture of Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) and Siemens AG (NYSE: SI) -- implemented its Liquid Core network and its Circuit Switched FallBack (CSFB)** system as the sole core supplier for the launch of the Tango 4G, LTE (long term evolution), services.
