March 4, 2013 10:49 AM ESTJ.C. Penney Co., Inc. (NYSE: JCP) CEO Ron Johnson is testifying again in the Macy's (NYSE: M)/Martha Stewart Omnimedia (NYSE: MSO) case this morning.
Johnson said, in part, he wouldn't have entered a contract "if Macy's deal was breached."
