Homebuilding Stocks Solid on Strong Pending Home Sales
February 27, 2013 10:07 AM ESTHomebuilding stocks are mildly higher after strong pending home sales data. U.S. January pending home sales rise 4.5 percent from prior month. The Street was looking for a 1.9 percent rise. Today's news follow yesterday's strong new home sales data, which lit up the group.
