Safeway, Inc. (SWY) Tops Q4 EPS by 18c; Comps Up 0.8%

Safeway, Inc. (NYSE: SWY) reported Q4 EPS of $0.94, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $13.77 billion versus the consensus estimate of $13.7 billion.
