Caesars (CZR) Issues Weaker Q4 Outlook
February 4, 2013 8:17 AM ESTCaesars Entertainment Corp. (Nasdaq: CZR) issued the following update on preliminary fourth-quarter 2012 results as well as operations:
"While CEOC has not yet completed its financial statements for the quarter ended December 31, 2012, CEOC currently expects that its net revenues, excluding Harrahs St. Louis (see Harrahs St. Louis Disposition), will be in the range of approximately $1,550.0 million to $1,580.0 million and that its Adjusted EBITDA will be in the range of approximately $325.0 million to $365.0 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2012.
