Alimera (ALIM) Receives CRL for ILUVIEN, FDA Rejects NDA Due to Insufficient Safety

Alimera Sciences, Inc., (Nasdaq: ALIM) today announced that it has received a complete response letter from the U.S. FDA in response to the New Drug Application for ILUVIEN for the treatment of diabetic macular edema associated with diabetic retinopathy.
