Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) was said to have sold $500 million 8NCL senior notes at 5.375 percent, according to Bloomberg headlines.

S&P revises its BB- rating outlook on Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) from Stable to Negative.

The firm cites an increase in debt leverage as well as negative discretionary cash flow in 2013 and potentially into 2014 as Netflix increases spending on original programming.
