Lennar Corp. (LEN) Tops Q4 EPS by 11c; Deliveries Rose 32%

Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) reported Q4 EPS of $0.56, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.35 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.32 billion.
