January 8, 2013 1:28 PM ESTLake Street Capital Markets' analyst Robert Brown (formerly with Craig-Hallum) initiated coverage on Clean Energy Fuels (NASDAQ: CLNE) with a Buy rating and $23 price target Tuesday, suggesting 68% upside from current levels.
