Facebook (FB) Moves to Calm Users Fears on Instagram Changes
December 18, 2012 5:13 PM ESTFacebook's (NASDAQ: FB) Instagram provided an update on the outrage related to their new Terms of Use. They said despite concerns, Instagram users "own their content and Instagram does not claim any ownership rights over your photos."
