December 14, 2012 7:30 AM ESTAlcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) today announced it entered into commitments with Credit Suisse AG and Goldman Sachs Bank USA for Euro 1.615 billion in senior secured credit facilities.
