General Electric (GE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 11.8% to $0.19; 3.5% Yield
December 14, 2012 10:44 AM ESTGeneral Electric (NYSE: GE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is an 11.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.
The dividend will be payable on January 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 24, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 20, 2012.... More
GE (GE) Boosts Buyback by $10B
December 14, 2012 10:43 AM ESTGeneral Electric (NYSE: GE) increased the existing share-repurchase authorization by $10 billion and extended the repurchase plan through 2015, which otherwise would have expired on December 31, 2013. As of the end of the third quarter of 2012, the plan had approximately $4.9 billion in remaining authorization.... More
