NorthStar (NRF) Commences 25M Offering
December 11, 2012 4:10 PM ESTNorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE: NRF)) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 25,000,000 shares of common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,750,000 additional shares of common stock.
