SEI Investments Co (SEIC) Declares $0.32 Special Dividend; 1.4% Yield
December 11, 2012 2:46 PM ESTSEI Investments Co (NASDAQ: SEIC) declared a special dividend of $0.32 per share.
The dividend will be payable on December 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 21, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.

SEI Investments (SEIC) Adds $50M to Buyback Plan
December 11, 2012 2:46 PM ESTSEI Investments Co (NASDAQ: SEIC) approved an increase in its stock repurchase program by an additional $50 million, increasing the available authorization under the program to approximately $100 million. Since the beginning of calendar year 2012, the Company repurchased approximately 7.1 million shares at a cost of approximately $146 million.... More
