Analyst Calls Foul on Groupon's (GRPN) Rumor-Induced Surge

(NASDAQ: GRPN) surged 23 percent on Friday following rumors Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) would come back will a takeover bid for the company after reports CEO Andrew Mason canceled a public appearance for this Tuesday. However, one analyst is calling foul.
