Syntel, Inc. (SYNT) Declares $2.25 Special Dividend; 4% Yield
December 7, 2012 3:50 PM ESTSyntel, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYNT) declared a special dividend of $2.25 per share.
The dividend will be payable on December 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 7, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
