ProAssurance Corp. (PRA) Declares $0.25 Quarterly Dividend; 1.1% Yield
December 5, 2012 4:12 PM ESTProAssurance Corp. (NYSE: PRA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 13, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.

December 5, 2012 4:11 PM ESTThe ProAssurance Corporation (NYSE: PRA) Board of Directors has authorized a 2-for-1 stock split. Following the split, shareholders will also receive a special dividend of $2.50 per common share and a regular dividend of $0.25 per common share.
