November 19, 2012 5:55 PM ESTGyrodyne Co of America, Inc. (NASDAQ: GYRO) declared a special dividend of $38.30 per share.
The dividend will be payable on December 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 35.5 percent.
