BP (BP) to Pay $4 Billion to Settle Criminal Charges with U.S.
November 15, 2012 11:15 AM ESTBP PLC ADS (NYSE: BP) confirms settlement with United States government, subject to court approval, to resolve all federal criminal charges and all claims by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) against the company stemming from the Deepwater Horizon accident, oil spill, and response.
