American Software, Inc. (AMSWA) Declares $0.30 Special Dividend; 4.1% Yield
November 14, 2012 4:09 PM ESTAmerican Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) declared a special dividend of $0.30 per share.
The dividend will be payable on December 21, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 8, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
