November 14, 2012 8:48 AM ESTAll eyes will be on Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) Wednesday ahead of a massive IPO lock-up expiration.
Today, 852 million Facebook shares, or 35% of the outstanding shares, will be available for sale into the public market. This consists of 804 million shares off lock-up and options to purchase 48.3 million shares.
