October 30, 2012 6:21 AM EDTWestfield Financial, Inc. New (NASDAQ: WFD) declared a special dividend of $0.10 per share.
The dividend will be payable on November 26, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 12, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
