KLA-Tencor Corp (KLAC) Misses Q1 EPS by 5c

KLA-Tencor Corp (NASDAQ: KLAC) reported Q1 EPS of $0.84, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.89. Revenue for the quarter came in at $721 million versus the consensus estimate of $734 million.
