Mellanox (MLNX) CEO Waldman Says Sales Not Related to Recent Price Action
October 23, 2012 2:59 PM EDTFollowing Mellanox Technologies (Nasdaq: MLNX) CEO Eyal Waldman filing for Rule10b5-1 sales late Monday, the executive spoke with Bloomberg today.
Waldman said share sales were part of an annual plan and not related to recent weakness in shares.
