Total revenue for the quarter is expected to be between $115.5 million and $117.5 million, versus the consensus of $132.7 million. Adjusted EPS is expected to be $0.11 to $0.13, versus the consensus of $0.20.... More

October 15, 2012 4:03 PM EDTBankrate, Inc. (NYSE: RATE) today announced preliminary financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2012 ended September 30, 2012. Bankrate's President and Chief Executive Officer, Thomas R. Evans and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Edward J. DiMaria will host a brief, 30 minute conference call at 8:00 A.M. EDT on October 16, 2012.
Total revenue for the second quarter is expected to be between $115.5 million and $117.5 million compared to $112.9 million reported in the third quarter of 2011, an increase of approximately 3% at the midpoint of the range.... More
